These pages contain all the articles of the first issue of the Plainsman, the newspaper of the USS Topeka. The page numbering is close to the original 4 pages. Articles that were continued on following pages in the original Plainsman are reproduced without being continued here. The original newspaper had photographs whose quality was insufficient to reproduce here. Any photos from this time frame would be appreciated.

Actually any ship photos from any time frame would be appreciated.
