Hi, I am Dave with wartimepress.com. Occasionally we come across items stuck inside other items in our collection.  This time we have found a one page flyer for the Victory Dinner aboard the USS Topeka dated 2 September 1945.  The flyer gives the menu for the meal and the CO, XO, Supply Officer and the Chief Stewards.  This would lead me to believe this is the Meal for the ward room.
